Business Support and Development Department
The Business Support and Development Department promotes the development of the port and industrial areas, coordinates investment and infrastructure projects, attracts funding and investors, and provides analytical and administrative support to achieve the organisation’s development goals.
Areas of activity of the Business Support and Development Department:
- Attracting investors and coordinating investment projects.
- Promoting business development initiatives.
- Securing external funding and European Union funding.
- Administering EU-funded projects and monitoring their implementation.
- Collecting and analysing statistical data and supporting development planning.
- Analysing port services, tariffs and performance indicators.
- Maintaining client relationships and coordinating collaborative projects.
- Managing projects related to renewable energy, innovation and other strategic development areas.
