Property Management Division

Areas of activity of the Property Management Department:

• ensuring the maintenance, supervision, and operation of managed facilities and their adjacent areas in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, requirements established by governmental and municipal authorities, and the concluded agreements;
• ensuring periodic inspections of the general condition and fire safety of facilities and their adjacent areas;
• organizing and monitoring the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the facilities and their adjacent areas.
