Technical Division

Areas of activity of the Technical Department:

• ensuring the balanced and sustainable development of immovable property;
• organizing, managing, and supervising the construction, renovation, reconstruction, and maintenance of access roads, streets, roads, squares, railways, hydraulic structures, and buildings;
• coordinating and managing European Union projects related to the maintenance, construction, renovation, and reconstruction of structures;
• organizing regular inspections of structures to determine their technical condition;
• organizing the development of construction plans;
• preparing technical specifications, coordinating construction intention documentation, and issuing opinions on the readiness of a structure for commissioning.
