Finance and Control Service

Finance and Control Service ensures:

• assessment of financial protection risks to ensure successful operations, reputation, movement of funds and compliance with good governance principles of the Freeport of Ventspils Authority;
• implementation of the risk management system, incl. operational and internal control principles (conflict of interest, corruption, bad faith) and whistleblowing procedures;
• introduction and implementation of the measures specified in the port's Security Plan, Emergency Response Plan and Civil Defence Plan.
