Harbour Master's Service is responsible for safe shipping across the port basin: safe location and ship maneuvering, fairway compliance with the designed depth, the control of depth of water in the port, and information about the permitted maximum draft of vessels, as well as aids to navigation in the port, in certain places in the sea and the coast.
