OVERSEAS Estates (Baltic Juice Terminal)
OVERSEAS ESTATES Co., Ltd. (Baltic Juice Terminal) is a transshipment terminal for various food liquid cargoes with a total area of 3 ha and a berth depth of 12.5 m, intended for tanker vessels with a cargo deadweight of up to 42,000 DWT. The terminal offers full service range of liquid food product transshipment, storage and treatment for cooperation with international manufacturers in Europe, CIS and other regions.
The company is equipped with a 8,500 m3 storage of stainless steel reservoirs for park products, auto/railway loading/unloading trestles, heating, mixing and barrel filling/emptying equipment, weighing flat rack container, modern laboratory, as well as a food freezing warehouse (area of 1,800 m2) in accordance with the requirements of the EU Committee ((EC) No. 853/2004).
Due to the location of non-freezing territory of the port of Ventspils, OVERSEAS ESTATES (Baltic Juice Terminal) is a great solution for handling and storage of food liquid cargo with an opportunity to reduce the cost of transportation.
