In order to continue development of the industrial zone, in 2020 the administration of the Port of Ventspils continued construction of 3 new factory buildings. As of now, factory building No. 7 in Ventspils High Technology Park has been completed and delivered for the operations. In the near future, construction of another factory building, located in Ganńębu Street 103, will be finalised and the lessee has already started to install the equipment. At the same time, building No. 6 in the Ventspils High Technology Park has been redesigned due to the change of business plans of the current lessee, who refused to rent the neighbouring building for expansion of the operations. There are three more ready projects of factory buildings in the Ventspils High Technology Park that can be offered to potential investors.
