The Freeport of Ventspils holds the procedure – auction for granting the lease right for premises (483.7 m2) in the building located at Ventspils High technology park 5 in Ventspils and for the adjacent territory (760 m2) with the designation “Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parks 5”.
The minimum term of the agreements on the lease of the premises and the territory is five years, the maximum term – 45 years. The premises are usable for manufacturing activities classified under NACE Rev. 2 Section C.
The premises can be viewed at Ventspils High technology park 5 in Ventspils every working day until 22 November 2023, 16.00, by arranging an appointment in advance, calling 63602326.
Auction regulations can be received electronically (via e–mail) until 23 November 2023, at 10.00 by sending a request to the e–mail address: [email protected].
The offer must be submitted to the Freeport of Ventspils, Jāņa Street 19, Ventspils until 23 November 2023, at 10.00.
The offers are opened, and the auction takes place in person on 23 November 2023, at 10.00 on the premises of the Freeport of Ventspils on Jāņa Street 19, Ventspils.
The starting price of the auction for the lease of the premises - the highest lease fee proposed by the candidates, which is not lower than 4.23 EUR/m2, excluding VAT. Type of the auction - the ascending auction. The bid increment – EUR 0.01 (one cent).
The bid security is EUR 500 (five hundred euros).
