Representatives of the Freeport of Ventspils are participating in the 19th International Transport and Logistics Exhibition "TransLogistica Uzbekistan 2023" this week.
This year, the exhibition – business forum "TransLogistica Uzbekistan 2023" takes place from November 1 to 3 in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, and businessmen from all over the world, including Latvia, meet there. Major Latvian ports and other transport and logistics companies participate in the exhibition under the united brand VIA Latvia, which connects the entire Latvian transport sector. At the business forum, Igors Udodovs, The Deputy CEO of the Freeport of Ventspils, Head of Marketing and Development Department, made the Freeport of Ventspils'' proposal for collaboration in the field of port and industrial area services.
Uzbekistan is an important business partner of Latvia in the transport and logistics sector, and its entrepreneurs are very interested in cooperation with Latvia as a transport and logistics service center, both for the export of Uzbek goods to Europe and for sending several groups of goods to Uzbekistan via Latvia.
TransLogistica Uzbekistan is the leading transnational specialized exhibition in Uzbekistan.
