Pouch Masters

Pouch Masters, SIA is a Latvian plastic packaging manufacturing company founded in 2024. Pouch Masters specialises in production of stand-up pouches (doypacks) made from fully recyclable mono-material plastics, polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE).

During the manufacturing process, the pre-printed plastic materials purchased from suppliers are transformed into finished packaging. About 95% of the output consists of sustainable and fully recyclable mono-material stand-up pouches. The production is accompanied by a declaration of compliance confirming their suitability for food contact applications, and the manufactured packaging complies with BRC and ISO standards.

In cooperation with a partner in Germany, the company also develops a technology for manufacturing stand-up pouches purely from paper, ensuring high moisture-barrier properties.

The company can fulfil orders within one to two weeks, whereas the industry standard lead time is typically one to two months. The company also offers short production runs, starting from 500 packaging units with custom design.

The production is exported to Lithuania, Germany, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and other European countries.
