The Freeport of Ventspils Authority organises a procedure – auction on granting of lease rights of a part of the land plot in Ventspils, cadastral identifier 27000040706, with area of 70 m2 for establishment, maintenance and public use of electric vehicles' charging station (point) (NACE rev. 2, D section, code 35.14)
Installation of electric vehicles' charging equipment in the Lease Territory and opening of service offer shall be implemented not later than within 2 years from the date of conclusion of the immovable property lease agreement.
The period of the immovable property lease agreement is 20 years.
The annual lease fee for the granted lease rights consists of two parts:
- 1st part – fixed lease fee of 5 % (five per cent) of the land cadastral value, but not less than EUR 100.00 (one hundred euro, 00 cents) plus value added tax, hereinafter “VAT”, paid on a quarterly basis in the amount of ¼ of the annual fee;
- 2nd part – variable lease fee, the Tenderer's offered interest rate from the turnover of the electric vehicles' charging station (point), calculated from the quarterly turnover and paid for the previous quarter not later than until the 15th day of the first month of the current quarter. The 2nd part of the lease fee is subject to VAT.
The auction winner is the bidder with the highest offered fee for the 2nd part of the lease fee.
The auction starting price for granting the lease rights (2nd part of the lease fee): 5 % (five per cent) of the turnover of the electric vehicles' charging station (point).
Auction type – auction with an ascending step.
Auction step – 0.5 % (zero point five per cent) of the turnover of the electric vehicles' charging station (point).

The offer shall be submitted (ensuring its receipt) at the Freeport of Ventspils Authority, address: Jāņa iela 19, Ventspils, room 202, until 15 December 2023, 10.00 o'clock, on working days from 8.00 – 12.00 and from 13.00 – 17.00, on Fridays from 8.00 – 12.00 and from 13.00 – 16.00.
The offer security deposit is set at EUR 100 (one hundred euro). The security deposit shall be transferred until 15 December 2023, 10.00 o'clock to the Freeport of Ventspils Authority (Taxpayer's No. 90000284085) account: No. LV73RIKO0002210002268; bank code RIKOLV2X, Luminor Bank AS, Latvia branch, indicating as the payment purpose: “Immovable property at Brīvības iela 2, in Ventspils, lease rights auction security deposit”.
Opening of applications takes place on site on 20 December 2023, at 13.00, at the premises of the Freeport of Ventspils Authority, address: Jāņa iela 19, Ventspils, meeting room (room 206).
