Offers for the auction on granting the right of leasing premises in two industrial buildings at Kustes dambis 30a in Ventspils can be submitted by 26 February.
Area of premises in the building No. 1: 7300 m2, area of the land plot: ~1.7 ha.
Area of premises in the building No. 2: 5300 m2, area of the land plot: 1.4 ha.
Public parking spaces for employees are available on the land plot.
The minimum term of the agreements on the lease of the premises and the territory is five years, the maximum term – 45 years. The premises can be used for manufacturing activities classified under NACE Rev. 2 Section C.
INFORMATION ON THE AUCTION
The premises can be viewed every working day until 23 February at 16:00 by arranging an appointment in advance, calling 63602326.
By 26 February until 14:00, the auction regulations are available electronically per e-mail by sending a request to e-mail [email protected].
The offer must be submitted to the Freeport of Ventspils Authority at Jāņa iela 19 in Ventspils by 26 February until 14:00.
The offers are opened, and the auction is held in person on 26 February at 14:00 at Jāņa iela 19 in Ventspils.
Starting price of the auction for the lease of the premises – the highest proposed monthly lease fee for the premises which shall not be lower than:
EUR 3.33 per m2, excluding VAT, for the non-residential premises No. 1.
EUR 3.39 per m2, excluding VAT, for the non-residential premises No. 2.
Type of auction – ascending auction. Bid increment – EUR 0.01 (one cent).
The offer security deposit is set at EUR 500 (five hundred euros).
The annual territory lease fee shall be determined in accordance with the principles of establishing the fees for property lease and building rights, as well as procedures for concluding agreements on the lease and building rights of the Free Port of Ventspils Authority – see here.

Kustes dambis 30a is in one of the seven industrial zones managed by the Freeport of Ventspils Authority, specifically, in the industrial zone on the right bank of the Venta River, a 10-minute drive from the Ventspils port. Factories such as “FROLI Baltic”, “Kurzemes granulas”, “ARBO Windows”, and “Ventspils – Andren” are operating nearby.
