The Freeport of Ventspils Authority is organising an auction for the granting of development rights for the construction of solar panels on land plots or parts thereof:
- land plot at 24, Rūpniecības Street, Ventspils (cad. No 2700 015 0347) part with area 124 188 m2;
- land plot at 27, Mauru Ceļs, Ventspils (cad. No 2700 033 0209) with area of 107 300 m2;
- land plot at 40, Mauru Ceļs, Ventspils (cad. No 2700 033 0105) part with an area of 114 642 m2;
- land plot at 56, Mauru Ceļs, Ventspils (cad. No 2700 033 0110) part with an area of 55 481 m2.
The minimum term of a development right agreement is 10 years and the maximum term is 45 years.
The land is intended for the construction and use of solar panels and associated civil engineering structures (NACE Rev. 2, Section D, code 35.11).
The plots may be inspected at any time of the Applicant's convenience and are freely available for inspection.
The Auction Rules will be available until 26th of August, 2022, 09:00 hrs, they can be obtained electronically by sending a request to the following e-mail address [email protected] .
The tender must be submitted (receipt must be ensured) to the Freeport of Ventspils Authority, Jāņa street 19, Ventspils, Office 202 by 26th of August, 2022, 10:00 hrs.
The opening of applications will take place in person on 26th of August 2022, at 13:00 at the premises of the Ventspils Freeport Authority, 19, Jāņa Street, Ventspils.
Starting price per year of the development right: the highest price per year of the development right offered by the bidders, not less than 5% of the cadastral value of the land, excluding VAT. Type of auction - auction with a bidding step. Bidding bid - 0.1% (zero, comma, one percent).
The tendering security for each lot shall be EUR 500 (five hundred euro).
