Forta PRO (Ltd. Forta Prefab) is a modular building production company registered in Latvia. The company was founded in 2013 and specializes in the construction of large scaled and high-rise modular buildings, with production plants in Jelgava and Ventspils, employing ~400 people, 100% of production is exported. The company's operations are focused on the European and Middle Eastern markets. Forta PRO has implemented projects in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, USA, Iceland. Forta PRO has received several international awards for realized modular projects in Scandinavia and Great Britain. The quality, design and sustainability of the company's products are recognized by industry professionals and customers, ensuring high reputation in its target markets.

Forta PRO provides the advanced offsite modular construction method in residential, hotel, student housing segments. The company's multidisciplinary team of professionals includes world-leading engineers who also specialize in the construction of hospital buildings. In the factory, the quality of the manufactured prefabricated modules is strictly controlled, the modular technology allows to speed up the project execution schedule and ensure the highest quality.

Forta PRO is able to quickly and efficiently carry out the full cycle of planning, design and construct from scratch or expand existing buildings, as well as provide support to customers thanks to the 120,000 square meters of modules per year produced in our European production facilities.
