A shelter for the goods receiving warehouse with an area of 450 m2 is currently under construction and is expected to be commissioned in approximately a month.

A revolution in the metalworking and mechanical engineering industries in Ventspils
According to the information provided by the Central Statistical Bureau for the last year, industrial enterprises operating in Ventspils have reached a 46% increase in their industrial production output when compared to 2017. This increase is 38% higher than the average indicator in Latvia (8%).
Cargo turnover at the terminals of the Freeport of Ventspils increased in 2018
In 2018, the total volume of cargoes transhipped by the terminals working at the Freeport of Ventspils has exceeded 20 million tons for the second year in a row. Indicators of the aforementioned year represent 1% over the volume of 2017 and 8% over the volume of 2016.
"Ventspils-Andren" – 10 years in Ventspils
In 2009, "Ventspils-Andren", manufacturer of environment-friendly large size fiberglass constructions, commenced operation in the industrial territory of the Freeport of Ventspils. Products manufactured by the company find customers not only in Scandinavian and European countries, but also in other countries around the world.
